• Topcoat applied before the undercoat is properly dried.
2. Correction / Repair:
• Remove all affected coating layers completely down to a sound surface.
• Properly clean and prepare the surface by sanding or blasting.
• Apply recommended primers and topcoats with compatible flexibility.
• Maintain appropriate drying and recoat intervals between applications.
3. Corrective Action / Prevention:
• Use coating systems with compatible elasticity and recommended thickness.
• Avoid painting under high temperature or rapid drying conditions.
• Always allow proper drying of undercoats before topcoat application.
