•    Clean the surface thoroughly before recoating
•    Reapply paint in thin, even layers as per specification
•    Use proper spray technique and avoid build-up at edges

3. Corrective Action / Prevention:
•    Apply paint at the recommended dry-film thickness (DFT)
•    Use correct mixing ratio and verified curing agent
•    Train applicators in controlled and even application
