1. Probable Cause / Reason:
•    Entrapment of air or solvent bubbles in the wet film
•    Coating over porous substrates like zinc primers or TSA
•    Incorrect spray application technique or high film build
•    Improper solvent blend or fast drying conditions

2. Correction:
•    Lightly sand or mechanically abrade the surface
•    Clean and remove any loose particles or dust
•    Apply a mist or tie-coat to seal porous substrates
•    Reapply the full coat using proper technique and thinner

3. Corrective Action / Prevention:
•    Use correct spray method, gun distance, and pressure
•    Apply a mist coat on porous surfaces before full build
•    Ensure proper solvent blend and ambient conditions
